Good Faith Estimate / “No Surprises Act”

You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”, explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities must inform individuals with an estimate of the cost of services to be provided.

J Giggie Therapy recognizes that every client’s therapy journey is unique. How long you need to engage in therapy and how often you attend sessions will be influence by many factors:

  • Your schedule and life circumstances;

  • Therapist availability;

  • Ongoing life challenges and how you address them;

  • Personal fInances

You can of course discontinue therapy at any time — this is not a contract, it is purely an estimate.
